Verrrrrry exciting - lots of good websites. I am looking forward to visiting the finalists.

Fingers crossed that my blog makes it into the select few

How will the finalists be determined?

Fingernail biting time. If I ration myself until the finalists are announced on December 5, I will have only bitten my fingernails down to my knuckles.

Watch David Bowie and David Gilmour perform a song of Syd's "Arnold Layne".
My favorite site has a link to it.

Good question Steve. There is a huge variety of blogs. Some opinion, some fact, some serious, some humorous. How do you weight the different aspects? What is most important?

aha! Answer is here http://weblogawards.org/forum/index.php/topic,11.0.html in the FAQ

What do we do if our RSS feed and site URL have changed? (I bought a domain name, and in reconfiguring my site, the RSS link has changed as well.) Just pondering. Can't wait for finalists. I've already been visiting a bunch of the sites.

I'm certainly looking forward to tomorrow. Not that I think I'll be a finalist but one can hope. Either way, this is worth being part of.
